Memorial Day Weekend at Penn's Landing

Annual event takes place at the Great Plaza at Penn's Landing over Memorial Day Weekend. Philadelphia's Official Kick Off to Summer: Jam Band Style. Adapting to the changing festival marketplace and evolving a a long running annual event to the next generation, the 2004 Jam featured great Jam Bands like: Ween, Disco Biscuits, Big Head Todd and the Monsters and Galactic, plus many more.

“From the punk meets honkytonk experimentation of Hank Williams III to the eclectic song crafting of Ween to the sprawling dance music of Disco Biscuits,” Joseph Brooks Acting President of the Penn’s Landing Corporation continued, “I think we presented one of the most musically diverse and interesting Jams ever.”
